These terms and conditions apply to the “West India Quay: WIN! A Champagne Bottomless Brunch for 2: Wonderment awaits” free prize draw run by Savills Property Management on behalf of Land Securities.
All participants in our “West India Quay: WIN! A Bottomless Brunch for 2: Wonderment awaits” free prize draw (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Conditions for entry
1. The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following;
1. any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies.
2. employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at West India Quay; and
3. anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.
How to enter
1. To be eligible for the “West India Quay: WIN! A Bottomless Brunch for 2: Wonderment awaits” free prize draw, the participant must follow the entry instructions on the prize draw Instagram and Facebook post (Prize Draw live 05.12.2024 – 19.12.2024).

2. No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draw.
3. Each participant will only have 1 number of entries into the free prize draw.
4. Land Securities has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
The prize
1. The prize for the “West India Quay: WIN! A Bottomless Brunch for 2: Wonderment awaits” free prize draw will be; a bottomless brunch for two at Brown’s Brasserie, West India Quay. The prize package will include unlimited drinks (Aperol Spritz, Bellinis, Bloody Marys) as well as unlimited Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne or Chandon Garden Spritz. Delicious dishes include the likes of; Lobster benedict, Baked Eggs, Pancakes, Smoked Salmon, Smashed Avocado. Gift Card is valid for 24 months from date of issue.
2. There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
3. Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.
Selection of the winner and collecting prizes
1. There will only be one winner and one prize.
2. The “West India Quay: WIN! A Bottomless Brunch for 2: Wonderment awaits” free prize draw will close at 23:59 on 19.12.2025.
3. The winner will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified on the prize draw post by the official West India Quay Instagram/Facebook Page only within 7 days of the date on which the free prize draw closes.
4. In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 7 days of the draw closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner.
5. The Winner shall be required to Direct message West India Quay's official Instagram or Facebook account once we have replied to their comment and provide us with their email address, we will then email the instructions on how to redeem the prize.
6. The surname and county of the winner may be published on West India Quay social media channels and website.
7. Land Securities’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
9. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
12. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.

1. By entering the prize draw you confirm that Land Securities may use information provided during prize draw entry to store customer data, and contact the participant by social media, email or SMS about West India Quay and other new developments, services, offers, news, events and any other information we consider may be of interest to the participant.
2. Land Securities may also pass on the information to companies within its group of companies so they can contact participants by social media, email or SMS with details of developments and/or activities which may interest the participant.
3. Land Securities shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions.
